GUTTING OF THE VOTING RIGHT ACT IS A RETURN TO THE JIM CROW ERA

With the Gutting of the Voting Rights Act, the MAWA agenda has come to the limelight in full view. This was how Jim Crow policies were instituted, and it reversed decades of progress made, post the Civil War...

The race by Southern States, especially, RNC states to redistrict to eliminate majority African districts by diluting the districts, dissolving them into areas where minorities are not considered competent, let alone win an election, is an indication that the SCOTUS has failed Americans by their decision last week... Otherwise, these states will do nothing; rather, they will ensure all people in the state have a seat at the table. Their claim that America is far removed from race-based politics is an illusion. This speed of redistricting will ensure fewer Africans in the U.S. Congress in 2027, and make it harder for Democrats to win a presidential election in 2030, which is a disservice to the American people... The sad thing is that the only African man in the SCOTUS voted in favor of this disgraceful act...

Lack of representation for Africans in the Congress means they will not have a strong voice again, issues that pertain to them will have fewer champions... and they will be further left behind in a country where their average worth is 15% of their Caucassian - White counterpart in 2026... A black man, on average, is worth $44,000 compared to the $284,000 asset base of his Caucasian counterpart with the same level of education.

It is the greatest deception for anyone to tell people like me that America in 2026 is race neutral... I live the reality of the evil of racism every day in 2026. It is a deception being used by MAWA propagandists to retain power and control of the wealth of this nation, which predominantly remains in the hands of Caucasian European settlers for centuries, even now... The propagation of the agenda and execution of the same is a deliberate and strategic move to ensure race dominance - the era of pre-CIVIL RIGHT laws that many of them are projecting as the Renaissance period in American history, happens to be an era when America was most racist... the Jim Crow era.

THE GREATEST ASSET EVER – LAND “Every time I make a movie, I buy a LAND” – Tiffany Haddish (Actress, Comedian, Singer, and Producer). If you do not know yet, I announce to you that the greatest asset that will give you an assured return, whose value hardly depreciates, is LANDED property . Reflect on the major wars going on right now in the world that are predicated on the issue of LAND. WHY? It is one of the GEM God endows humanity with that is finite in quantity. While the human population continues to increase, land area remains the same or is diminishing due to climate change. The Russia's war in Ukraine , the Gaza war , the DRC-M23 war/Rwanda , Sudan's civil war , the Cambodia–Thai war , herdsmen-farmers' violence in Nigeria and the Ethiopian civil war … all are predicated on access to land and what is in it – rare earth minerals . So, in 2026 , if you have the opportunity to invest in an asset, think about landed property.

WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO EXTREMELY GOOD PEOPLE

There is a saying in my language, Yoruba , that “Igi to ba to, kii pe n’gbo” – meaning, the good ones do not seem to last or live long. WHY? Tatiana Schlossberg, granddaughter of John F Kennedy (The U.S. President who championed the civil rights movement to end discrimination; one of the greatest U.S. presidents ever) and daughter of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis , passed away today from cancer at a young age of 35. Like her grandfather and many others in the Kennedy family, she dedicated her life to changing the world. She was a passionate environmental journalist for the New York Times and wrote a book titled "Inconspicuous Consumption: The Environmental Impact You Don’t Know You Have” in 2019 that won the Society of Environmental Journalists’ Rachel Carson Environment Book Award in 2020. Her life’s work sheds light on how individuals’ daily activities and choices exacerbate climate change issues . Tatiana Schlossberg's work focused on making complex environmental issue...
