THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO INVEST IN THE NIGERIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

 Those who have the capacity, I will strongly advise that you consider investing in the Nigerian Stock Market. With a stable naira, the ROI is far better than what you will get investing in foreign shares like those in the US or UK exchanges. This is one of the best times to invest in Nigeria... If the current macroeconomic activities continue, N1000 today could be worth N10,000 in two or three years if you build your portfolio right... There are so many trusted stockbrokers that you can consider - some of them are online platforms with good reputation such as:

You can go online or download the APPs of these online brokerage and set up an account, fund the account and start to buy; you can also go to your bank for guidance on how to invest; there are some who use individual stockbrokers. If that is your preference, find one that is reliable.

Long term investment is always good – it reduces the impact of market ups and downs. You can also do short-term investment if you know when to get in and when to get out. I will strongly advise you against Option Trading or Crypto currency except you have learned the rope… these are crazily volatile tools.

The best strategy is to invest regularly (weekly or monthly) and also you want to have a diversified portfolio that combines high and low risk investments: mutual fonds, fixed income, shares of blue companies with historically high performance like top banks (GTB, Zenith, Access, 1st Bank, Fidelity, etc.), Bua Foods and Bua Cement, NGX, and Dangote (cement, sugar) – target Dangote Refinery when it comes out later this year. For example, NGX share price went from N29 in April 2025 to N176.50 today – that is 437.3% increase in less than one year; Bua Cement went from N83.70 during the same period to N270 today (190% increase in less than one year).
