STATE of THE NATION (NIGERIA) - February 2020

For 16 years, Nigerians believed that their problem was a political party called PDP. The other side agitated for those 16 years to wrestle power from PDP and many of us supported them. That other side has been in power for almost 5 years now, and things have gone from bad to worse compared to the PDP years. The money APC government has borrowed in 5 years is multiple of what PDP borrowed in 16 years, and the economy has gone down the drain. Nigeria has become the poverty capital of the world, and millions of children are out of school, there are no hospitals, unemployment is double digits and it has remained so for the better part of Buhari's time in office. The security situation has gone worse because the president is complicit due to the involvement of his kinsmen - he has shown zero will to tackle the problem decisively. The consequences of this is crack in the wall of the entity called Nigeria - with Amotekun launch in the South West and the US ban of Nigerians from certain types of visa. The EU may soon join. The handwriting on the wall is not good, and the only people who can save Nigeria are ordinary Nigerians no one else.

I can conveniently assert that the problem of Nigeria is not any political party but a set of few people who have held us ransom since independent - they are thieves, they are greedy, they are selfish, they elitists, they love no one but themselves and their deep pocket. Just look at APC today, almost half of them were in PDP. The original ANC-CPC (APC) is not any better - the likes of Oshiomole, Tinubu, Buhari, El-Rufai, Lai Balogun, Ngige, etc. They have failed one test of true leadership or the other. They are either corrupt or incompetent.

I will continue to propagate the gospel of true leadership in Nigeria. Until Nigerians stand up and say ENOUGH is ENOUGH, the nation will continue to go down the path of destruction. IPOB started agitation for Biafra, now the Odua Republic is waging its own protest for autonomy, soon the Niger-Delta Militias will join, and the outcome of it can only be guessed - it will not be good for anyone.

When you discover the wisdom of the universe, it is as if...

When you locate the wisdom of the universe, it would be as if you have a magic wand... Your prosperity rolls over, you climb to the top faster and leave many behind... Funke Akindele's movie, "A tribe called Judah" remains the highest-grossing movie in Nollywood (Nigeria's movie industry). I saw the movie last week and could not make head or tail of it.. But something was unique about it. It was the first Nigerian movie that cast MANY actors from all the major ethnic groups in the nation.. These are top actors... For so long, Nollywood has been divided along ethnic lines... You have the Yorubas doing their thing, the Igbos doing their own and our brothers in the North, the Hausas doing their own. But this movie cast actors from everywhere, so, it became a must-see for almost all Nigerians ... Funke Akindele is a talented writer, actor, and producer. But she is also a shrewd businesswoman. She located the wisdom in tapping the talent of diverse ethnic groups in Nigeria...

Wannabee Prime Minister that is Denigrating her Native Country... for What?

Omo ale lo maa hun fi owo osi j'uwe ile baba eh - it is a BASTARD child that uses the left hand to describe her father's house.... We should speak honestly about our country, but when you hold a position like Kemi does decorum is essential. She could say the same thing in a way that will not impact the lives of ordinary Nigerians who live and make a honest living across the globe. She is an opposition leader for crying out loud... She is dragging her native country deep into the mud to gain cheap popularity.... She will need the votes of Nigerians if she will ever be Prime Minister one day. Every letter of her words will come back to hunt her... I trust Nigerians in the UK will not only mobilize against her, but they will also mobilize other Africans and Carribeans to shun her...
